Placentia-Yorba Meals on Wheels delivers three nutritious meals Monday through Friday to the homes of homebound elderly and disabled clients in Placentia, Yorba Linda, and Anaheim Hills, with daily wellness visits to check on recipient safety, supported by a volunteer delivery network.
