Age Well Senior Services provides programs for Orange County residents age 60+ across 21 South Orange County cities, including Meals on Wheels (500,000+ meals annually), Senior Center Lunch Café service (69,000+ meals yearly), non-emergency medical transportation to appointments, therapy, dialysis, and pharmacy pickups, in-home care management with certified case managers, ten senior centers offering social activities, and preventative health & wellness classes and screenings.
