Care for Elders and Children As If They Were Our Own. AASCSC serves vulnerable and underserved people across life stages through direct services, advocacy and capacity building, with a focus on health equity.
Founded in 1989 in Santa Ana, AASCSC takes an intergenerational approach. Programs include older adult services (mental health, well-being, food delivery, activities, technology education), CalAIM housing and Enhanced Care Management services, home visitation for early childhood development, civic engagement, mental health and family support services, a Youth Action League for ages 12-18, and COVID-19 clinics.
