Navigators connect people experiencing homelessness with housing resources and continued guidance; help individuals facing substance use challenges find recovery resources, treatment options and community support; and help justice-involved individuals overcome barriers and connect with reentry resources. Navigation may include behavioral health, substance use treatment, employment, benefits, Medi-Cal, transportation and identification resources. The organization also builds community connections through engagement, volunteerism and collaboration.
