Its Financial Wealth Building department is a HUD-certified, LAHD-approved provider offering 8-hour homebuyer education courses, one-on-one HUD-certified credit and financial counseling, post-purchase/foreclosure and refinance counseling, and small-business entrepreneurial training. Its new Wellness Center offers culturally competent individual counseling and community wellness events for South LA residents.
