West Angeles Community Development Corporation (West Angeles CDC) has served Greater Los Angeles for over 30 years, focused on stabilizing and revitalizing South LA neighborhoods. Its Financial Wealth Building department is a HUD-certified, LAHD-approved provider offering 8-hour homebuyer education courses, one-on-one HUD-certified credit and financial counseling, post-purchase/foreclosure and refinance counseling, and small-business entrepreneurial training. Its new Wellness Center offers culturally competent individual counseling and community wellness events for South LA residents.
