This faith-based FQHC Look-Alike delivers culturally sensitive, evidence-based primary care and behavioral health services to Koreatown's low-income, immigrant, and uninsured residents.

3C Community Clinic (branded 3C Medical Clinic) is a faith-based, HRSA-recognized FQHC Look-Alike health center in Koreatown, Los Angeles, providing primary care (physical exams, chronic illness management, specialty referrals), behavioral health and mental health services (stress, depression, anxiety, short-term counseling, coordinated psychiatric care), and acupuncture (arthritis, joint problems, back and neck pain). The clinic offers in-language navigation and interpretation in Korean and Spanish, and its MHILA program expands timely, culturally sensitive mental-health access for Korean-American and other immigrant neighbors across LA County. It has received the HRSA Gold Badge for two consecutive years, ranking among the top 10% of health centers nationwide.
