Our mission is to empower and transform lives by delivering innovative solutions to break the cycle of homelessness.

Weingart Center is a Los Angeles nonprofit serving people experiencing homelessness, primarily in the downtown Skid Row area, operating from a multi-building campus at 6th and San Pedro streets since 1982. It provides interim and permanent supportive housing plus wraparound services including case management, medical and mental health care, substance-abuse recovery, education, and workforce development and job placement.
