For over 45 years, PACS has provided language-specific mental health and social services to AAPI immigrants, refugees, and families across Los Angeles County, delivering culturally sensitive care with expertise in immigrant Asian Pacific Islander populations.
Originally founded in 1981 as the Western Region Asian American Project (WRAAP), renamed Pacific Asian Counseling Services in January 2006.
