PACE drives economic opportunity in Los Angeles' underserved communities, creating economic solutions to meet the employment, education, housing, environmental, and business development challenges of low-income residents.

PACE is a Los Angeles community development corporation founded in 1975, originally serving the Asian Pacific Islander refugee community. It now provides comprehensive workforce development and job placement, small business training and access to capital, Head Start/Early Head Start programs for children 0-5, utility bill payment assistance and home weatherization, and affordable housing for low-income families.
