To improve the quality of life for African Americans and other minorities through the enhancement of educational and economic opportunities within the community.

Founded in 1981, 100 Black Men of Los Angeles is a 501(c)(3) civic organization serving as a catalyst for disadvantaged and underrepresented community segments through five focus areas: mentoring, education, health & wellness, economic empowerment, and leadership. Programs include the Young Black Scholars Program, Collegiate 100 (mentoring African American male and female college students), one-on-one and group youth mentoring, the Pathways Entrepreneurship Program, a Salesforce technology program, a Junior Investment Program, health and wellness initiatives, an annual Technology Summit, and social-emotional learning workshops.
