La Habra Meals On Wheels

La Habra Meals on Wheels helps the disabled, aged, and chronically or temporarily ill by providing nourishing meals delivered by friendly, well-trained volunteers at a nominal cost.

La Habra Meals on Wheels is a nonprofit, volunteer-run service that has delivered meals to homebound residents since 1974. Volunteers deliver Monday through Friday between 11 am and 12:30 pm; each delivery includes a mini breakfast, a lunch with fresh fruit, a frozen dinner, milk, and juice, meeting over two-thirds of daily nutritional needs. Sugar-free and low-sodium diets are accommodated, and subsidies are available for those unable to afford the nominal cost.
