To address the needs and strengthen the voice of the Iranian-American Jewish community locally and abroad, providing social, educational, medical, and emergency assistance.
The Iranian American Jewish Federation (IAJF), based in West Hollywood, CA, was founded in 1981 to help resettle Iranian Jewish refugees fleeing the 1979 revolution. It provides social services to disadvantaged members of the Iranian-American Jewish community, emergency financial assistance, health and wellness programs, and public affairs/advocacy initiatives, along with support for related causes in Israel and abroad.
