CHIRLA's mission is to achieve a just society fully inclusive of immigrants.

CHIRLA (Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights) is a Los Angeles nonprofit advancing the human and civil rights of immigrants and refugees. It provides legal services including deportation defense, family immigration and U-Visa/VAWA representation, and DACA/citizenship applications, plus a workers' rights program addressing wage theft and workplace discrimination. The organization also leads community organizing, civic engagement, and immigrant-rights education.
