Established in 1975 in the Centinela Valley, Centinela Youth Services (CYS) provides free restorative-justice, diversion, and prevention services across high-needs Los Angeles County communities, including Victim Offender Restitution Services (VORS), Family and Relative Services (FARS), prevention/diversion case management, and community healing circles, serving crossover/dual-status, foster, immigrant, justice-involved, LGBTQIA+, low-income, and school-disconnected youth.
