At Ease HQ Foundation is a veteran-led 501(c)(3) in San Pedro founded by a combat veteran. It offers free, education-based support including a Zero Judgement Zone for open peer conversation, Veteran Dive Therapy and Resilience (a non-clinical program combining scuba, peer support and skill development), and Veteran Claim Readiness Education that guides veterans through VA disability claims, VR&E, education, career and entrepreneurship resources. It also runs a podcast and community events for veterans, spouses and families.
