Asapp After School Arts & Performance Program

ASAPP believes every child deserves access to the arts, bringing dynamic, high-quality dance instruction directly to public school campuses at no cost to families.

Founded by retired LAUSD teacher, instructional coach, and former professional dancer Jan Geter-Roberson, ASAPP brings free after-school and summer dance programming -- ballet, jazz, modern, West African, hip hop, and student-created choreography -- to LAUSD public elementary schools (currently 75th Street Elementary and Avalon Gardens Elementary), funded by schools and districts rather than families, culminating in student performances.
