Advances economic and social equity by expanding access to and success in high-wage careers in the building and construction trades for women and underrepresented communities.

A women-led intermediary organization focused on equity in union construction and building trades. Provides pre-apprenticeship training and workshops, job placement and retention assistance, mentorship matching, one-on-one coaching, wraparound services (childcare and transportation referrals), and technical assistance to unions and employers on workplace equity strategies.
