SELACO WDB operates a one-stop workforce development center serving eight Southeast LA County cities (Artesia, Bellflower, Cerritos, Downey, Hawaiian Gardens, Lakewood, Norwalk, Paramount), offering job seeker career counseling, employer/business services, young adult and veteran employment programs, Employment Training Panel (ETP) customized employee training, and machining/manufacturing training through an NTMA partnership.
