Founded in 1986, West Hollywood Community Housing Corporation (WHCHC) houses over 1,270 residents in 785 units across 22 affordable rental communities in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, and Glendale, with five more communities in development. WHCHC operates through three departments: Housing Development, Asset Management, and Resident Services, providing supportive services for marginalized populations including seniors, working families, people living with HIV/AIDS, Transition Age Youth, and individuals with mental health needs.
