Abode Communities creates service-enhanced affordable housing and socially-beneficial community facilities that promote the social, economic, and physical transformation of underserved communities.

Rooted in California community development since 1968, Abode Communities owns and operates 35 affordable residential communities serving nearly 6,200 extremely low-, very low-, and low-income residents, including families, seniors, and people with special needs. Its Beyond Homes resident services program, offered at 18 locations, serves more than 4,100 residents with education, health, and scholarship support, including workforce housing partnerships for educators.
