Volunteers of America Los Angeles (VOALA), founded in 1896, is a faith-based human services organization serving Los Angeles and Orange counties. Its San Pedro facility provides transitional housing and support -- case management, food, life-skills counseling, employment referrals, and help obtaining VA benefits -- for veterans experiencing homelessness, alongside VOALA's broader housing, family, health, and reentry services.
