To advance the social and economic well-being of low and moderate income Thais and other ethnic communities in the greater Los Angeles area through a broad community development strategy including human rights advocacy, affordable housing, healthcare access, and small business promotion.

Provides affordable housing development, job creation, financial literacy and foreclosure counseling, small business support, social services, healthcare access, food security initiatives, and immigration advocacy, serving immigrants, low-wage workers, and survivors of human trafficking.
