A Catholic volunteer organization that serves the poor and homeless of any faith for free across Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties.
SVDP Los Angeles operates the Cardinal Manning Center (men's transitional housing on Skid Row), Vincentian home visits, food pantries and soup kitchens, direct financial aid, thrift stores in Los Angeles and Long Beach, the Circle V Ranch summer camp and retreat center, and disaster/fire relief assistance, powered by roughly 2,500 volunteers.
