Returning Home Foundation educates the public about recidivism and reports on sentencing, parole, probation, and prison reforms and how they affect re-entry. It publishes a free Re-Entry Planner and Guide (English and Spanish) used in Orange County jail classrooms to help people plan for release, with information on the first 72 hours after release, voting rights for people with prior felony convictions, and where to get more help, and it supports groups that facilitate re-entry programs.
