Pathways (formerly Pathways Volunteer Hospice) is a 501(c)(3) serving Lakewood, Long Beach, Bellflower, Cerritos, Artesia, Carson, Cypress, Downey, Norwalk, Paramount and Seal Beach. Its 'Circle of Care' offers volunteer care navigation for frail and chronically ill older adults, hospice care for terminally ill clients and their families, and bereavement counseling/grief support groups for children, adults, and families.
