Since 1986, OCJAA has served as a bilingual/bicultural nonprofit offering community and social services and information to Orange County's Japanese American community. Programs include classes and seminars, the Orange Network newsletter, community information, scholarships, a gallery, and phone referral services Monday-Friday 10 am to 3 pm.
