Founded in 1954 by eight parents, New Horizons operates on a seven-acre campus in North Hills, CA, serving about 1,460 individuals annually with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the San Fernando/Santa Clarita Valleys, Thousand Oaks, Glendale, and Burbank. Services include job training and placement, education and counseling, residential services, social programs, adaptive skills training, community day programs, creative arts, and travel training.
