Since 1979, the National Immigration Law Center (NILC) has been one of the leading U.S. advocacy organizations dedicated to defending and advancing the rights and opportunities of low-income immigrants and their families.

NILC works at the intersection of immigrant, economic, and racial justice, deploying impact litigation, policy advocacy, movement-building, and narrative/culture-change strategies to secure lasting protections for low-income immigrants, including DACA recipients, refugees, and the undocumented.
