Dedicated to expand, ensure the long-term affordability, and preserve the supply of decent affordable housing in the City and County of Los Angeles for low income households and the homeless.

A non-profit public benefit corporation founded in 1989 with an extensive affordable housing development track record (new construction, rehabilitation, historic preservation, mixed-use). Beyond housing development, LAHP operates food distribution programs serving over 4,000 households annually and provides social services including financial literacy and workforce training.
