Linc Housing Corporation

LINC Housing builds, owns, and operates homes for families, seniors, and people with special needs throughout California.

Founded in 1984 by the Southern California Association of Governments, LINC Housing has helped create nearly 9,000 affordable homes in 91 California communities. In Long Beach, LINC operates five affordable housing properties with 326 homes and is developing 246 more for families, youth, seniors, and people exiting homelessness, including Project Homekey motel-to-housing conversions (Zephyr and Crescent) and new construction such as the Armory Arts Collective senior community and the Thrive family community.
