Jefferson Exposition Park West Adams Community Land Trust (JEPWA CLT) is a community land trust serving the Jefferson Park, Exposition Park, and West Adams neighborhoods of Los Angeles near USC. It works to prevent displacement of long-term low-income residents by acquiring and stewarding land as the basis for pedestrian-centered neighborhoods with affordable housing, economic opportunities, and recreational spaces.
