Japanese American Citizens League

The San Fernando Valley chapter of the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) is a civic organization based in Pacoima that serves San Fernando Valley Japanese American families through cultural preservation, civil rights advocacy, community education, and intergenerational programming, meeting at the San Fernando Valley Japanese American Community Center.
