El Segundo, CA · Los Angeles County · Crime & Legal-Related

Pursuing justice for women and girls, fighting to create an equal future.

Since its founding in 1989, the California Women's Law Center (CWLC) has served as a legal advocate working with allies to protect, secure, and advance the comprehensive civil rights of women and girls. CWLC uses transformative litigation, policy advocacy, and education across four issue areas: economic security, gender discrimination (Title IX), violence against women, and women's health, offering legal consultations on issues including housing security, athletics equity, and reproductive healthcare access.
