Hollywood Community Housing Corporation

Hollywood Community Housing Corporation (HCHC) works to combat the severe shortage of affordable housing for low-income families, seniors, the disabled, and people living with HIV/AIDS in Los Angeles.

Established in 1989, HCHC is among the oldest nonprofit affordable housing and service providers in Los Angeles County, currently operating 31 properties with 1,243 units housing more than 2,500 residents. Through housing development, economic development, and neighborhood improvement initiatives, HCHC preserves and expands affordable housing in underserved LA communities and provides supportive services to residents, including populations who are seniors, disabled, or living with HIV/AIDS.
