A dialogue space for Black men and women to heal, talk, and build. Through community dialogue groups, wellness workshops, mental health support circles, and financial literacy classes, The Healing Circle LA helps community members process trauma, restore balance, and grow together.
The Healing Circle LA hosts weekly healing circles at an accessible location in a divested community, facilitating conversations around trauma, relationships, business, nutrition, and financial well-being using mindfulness tools to help participants regulate emotions. Signature programming includes Wellness Days (holistic healing, physical movement, nutrition, and mental health), financial literacy & wealth-building workshops in partnership with Chase Bank and New York Life, and the Black Women's Appreciation Brunch. Circles are free and open to anyone ready to show up for themselves.
