Hawkeye Properties and Workforce Innovation supports historically overlooked, underserved, and under-resourced populations through two complementary lines of work: charitable real estate management (below-market loans and property management for nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations) and workforce development. Since expanding into workforce services in 2020, Hawkeye serves as a liaison between opportunity youth facing multiple barriers and area employers, providing education, job training, work experience, and job placement services.
