Havens House Youth Services Inc

Haven's House Youth Services is dedicated to being the immediate support network for young people experiencing homelessness or at risk of it, providing socio-emotional, academic, and vocational support so youth ages 14-24 can achieve academic success, stable housing, and employment.

Haven's House Youth Services is a Los Angeles-based 501(c)(3) launched in 2019 by activist Abeni Carr after years of work with unaccompanied and homeless students in LA and Compton high schools. The organization runs three systems of care for youth ages 14-24: short-term housing that offers a stable living space with mental, vocational, and educational support; Haven's House Academy for academic support; and street/school-based outreach connecting at-risk youth to services. Programs serve young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including those affected by human trafficking.
