Provide transitional housing and wrap-around services to vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness in Orange County, helping them regain stability, well-being, and self-sufficiency.
Since 2007, Grandma's House of Hope has served single adult men and women experiencing homelessness who have been overlooked due to disabilities, illnesses, addictions, incarceration, and trauma. Services include transitional housing with food and clothing, case management and housing navigation, individual and group counseling, career mentorship, wardrobe assistance, life-skills workshops, and up to two years of after-care. Shelter intake is by appointment only.
