Girls on the Run inspires girls to recognize their inner strength, increase their level of physical activity, imagine their possibilities, and confidently stand up for themselves and others.
Girls on the Run of Los Angeles County delivers evidence-based after-school programs for girls in 3rd through 8th grade, combining physical activity with social-emotional learning and life-skills curriculum. Since 2005 the program has served roughly 19,000 girls across Los Angeles County, culminating each season in a celebratory 5K run.
