Family Promise of Los Angeles (formerly Family Promise of the South Bay), based in Torrance, takes a community-driven approach to ending family homelessness across southwestern LA County through three pillars: Prevention (rental assistance, landlord mediation), Shelter (community-based volunteer host network), and Stabilization (workforce development, housing partnerships, financial capability and health/wellness support).
