Family Promise of Orange County, an affiliate of the national Family Promise network, has served Orange County families since 2012 through four core programs: Prevention, Emergency Shelter (families rotate among host congregations for overnight stays and meals), Short-Term Transitional Housing for working families, and Stabilization/Family Support Services, all supported by a network of volunteer congregations and case management.
