College Access Plan

College Access Plan prepares underserved students to succeed in college, providing no-cost college readiness advisement and workshops for students, families, and alumni.

Since 2006, College Access Plan (CAP) has helped thousands of Pasadena-area students navigate the path to and through college via partnerships with area school districts, community organizations, and volunteers. Programs span middle school college-fundamentals workshops, high school drop-in college advising (applications, financial aid, holistic admissions support), an 'I Heart College' program supporting alumni to and through college, and family-engagement resources for parents. CAP creates a support network that seeks to bridge the opportunity gap for students underrepresented in postsecondary education.
