Claremont Meals On Wheels

To address food security challenges for vulnerable residents of Claremont and parts of Pomona through compassion, resilience, ingenuity, energy, and hard work.

Claremont Meals on Wheels has served the local community since 1972, originally developed as an outreach program of Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Claremont. Approximately 140 volunteers prepare and deliver meals from the kitchens of Mt. San Antonio Gardens to homebound senior citizens, adults living with disabilities or chronic illness, and other individuals evaluated case-by-case. Eligibility covers Claremont residents plus Pomona residents east of Garey Avenue and north of Arrow Highway.
