Challengers Boys & Girls Club, a clubhouse of Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles, is dedicated to addressing inequities and providing safe spaces where South Los Angeles youth ages 6-18 can imagine and achieve great futures.

Founded in 1968 by Lou Dantzler, Challengers Boys & Girls Club serves youth ages 6-18 in South Los Angeles with after-school and summer programming, including academic support and tutoring, career exploration and development, mentoring, social-emotional learning, sports and recreation, and free dental care through a partnership with St. John's Dental Clinic. ICEF charter school students receive free membership. The club now operates under Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles (BGCMLA).
