At Camp Fire Long Beach, we foster a deep connection to nature, empowering youth of all backgrounds to discover their unique spark and grow through adventure.
Camp Fire Long Beach (originally the Long Beach Area Council, founded 1925) offers a Traditional Club Program, the WRAP after-school program, teen leadership through the Horizon Club, environmental education, a Challenge Course, and summer/intersession day camps (Camp Coyote, Camp Reid, Camp DeForest), using a Thrive{ology} social-emotional learning curriculum. It serves boys and girls ages 5-18 across Artesia, Bellflower, Cerritos, Hawaiian Gardens, Lakewood, Long Beach, and Signal Hill.
