Established in 2002 (originally the Juvenile Alcohol & Drug Education / JADE program), California Youth Services (CYS) is a multi-service nonprofit serving 5,000+ individuals annually in Orange County through prevention, education, individual/group counseling, drug testing, telehealth counseling, alternative-to-suspension school district programs, and mental health treatment, with offices in Laguna Hills and Tustin.
