To educate Americans about diabetes, creating awareness to help prevent the disease and reduce complications for those already diagnosed.

The California Diabetes Foundation is a Southern California-based nonprofit focused on public education and surveillance across three populations: those diagnosed with diabetes, the undiagnosed, and those who are pre-diabetic. It works toward both primary prevention of new cases and secondary prevention of complications in people already living with diabetes.
