Blank Theatre Company

The Blank Theatre develops and amplifies emerging and established storytellers, empowering and educating the next generation of voices for the stage and beyond, shaping cultural conversations in Southern California and nationwide.

Founded in 1993, The Blank Theatre is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit recognized by The Drama League as one of the best theatre companies in America. Programs include the Young Playwrights Academy and Festival (34th annual, nearly 400 young writers awarded), YPFuture, the Living Room Series for new play development, digital and mainstage productions, and The Blank Space Podcast. Productions are presented at Skylight Theatre in Los Feliz, Los Angeles.
