BOOCLT stewards community-controlled land in Leimert Park to prevent displacement of long-term Black residents, tenants, and business owners. Programs include Sole Folks, a retail hub for 60+ Black-owned businesses; community gardens providing local food access; an art lab/gallery; and plans for affordable housing and commercial development.
