Lifting people out of homelessness by providing outreach, emergency shelter, and permanent supportive housing so individuals and families can achieve lasting stability.

Operates street outreach teams, an Access Center for intake and enrollment, a 45-bed emergency shelter in Glendale plus an additional interim shelter, and over 500 units of permanent supportive housing. Case management includes housing navigation, public benefits application support (SSI, SSDI, CalFresh, CalWORKs), employment and education referrals, eviction prevention, transportation assistance, and health and wellness coordination for people experiencing homelessness, including those with mental illness or substance use disorders.
